The current extent of new construction in the city of Toronto nowadays is absolutely mind boggling. Any short journey around the city is going to be filled with dump trucks, reflective vests, closed sidewalks, and (of course) tons and tons of warning signs.

Things have been looking pretty good for the art community here in Toronto recently. First we had the Edward Burtynsky show open at the Royal Ontario Museum (still up if you haven’t checked it out yet), and now I’m excited to remind you of another amazing exhibition opening at the Art Gallery of Ontario.

Other than shows at his representing gallery Nicholas Metivier, I believe you need to look back to the Manufactured Landscapes exhibition at the pre-Frank Ghery AGO.
